Ian Mond is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional recognised as an outstanding facilitator in areas of experiential and cognitive training.  He has a proven track record in both training design and implementation providing focus for creating customer-driven organisations.  He is considered to be highly skilled in business and developmental diagnosis and has an ability to identify problems quickly and establish effective solutions.


Ian developed his management and leadership abilities in highly competitive sales and customer driven industries which provided him with firm foundations and developed him as an effective communicator and motivator of others.  He is in constant demand for his sales and tele-marketing expertise.


His business expertise includes managing multiple retail travel outlets within the United Kingdom with a sales turnover in excess of 10 million, including multi-faceted travel sites consisting of Retail Sales, Foreign Exchange and Corporate Sales. 


Ian has spent 10 years working within management development and learning development environments and this combined with his track record in business gained him the appointment of Manager of TEAMS, the Thomas Cook Travel Management Training and Education facility, where he was involved in building an innovative new learning environment providing education and development for over 1200 employees and managing a unique team of trainers.


Ian  is qualified to administer and provide feedback for Oxford Psychologists Press, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and certified to Level A by the British Psychological Society.  


He is also a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming.


Some of the organisations Ian has provided consultancy services to are; Barclays Bank PLC, ,Hong Kong Shanghai Bank, Save & Prosper Direct, American Express, Thomas Cook Group Ltd and BT.  He has also provided motivational training and team building for staff servicing IBM, BP and BAe.


Ian  has lectured at Harlow Technical College and East Herts College.
