Organisational Management will review the levels of learning and reinforcement at critical stages throughout the implementation ensuring that alignment is maintained with the vision and strategic plan of the business.

The findings from the "Health-check" will be collated and fed back in a workshop format or informal discussion.


The report will show the relationships between:

OUTPUTS:        Items that add value and contribute to outcomes.


INDICATORS: What could be’ or ‘Signposts for the future’.


The report will seek to provide statistical evidence to support the findings, if appropriate. In addition observations and comments will be provided along with practical input around how to move the situation forward.
